Who we are
Sidkes Consultancy was founded by engineers who had spent years close to the hard parts of EV operations — battery telemetry, charging-station integration, billing engines, and the workforce platforms that run swap stations every day. The pattern we kept seeing was the same: operators with brilliant hardware bets and brave commercial bets, whose path to scale was being held back by software that was either generic, vendor-locked, or fragile.
We started Sidkes to do that software work the right way. We are vendor-neutral by design. We publish a written rationale for every recommendation. We build with audit trails, evaluation harnesses, and runbooks because the businesses we work with cannot afford guessing games. And we ship.
Today our work spans EV consulting (network design, BaaS economics, fleet electrification roadmaps), engineering (battery telemetry, billing engines, smart-infrastructure orchestration), and operational intelligence (analytics, anomaly detection, dashboards, executive scorecards). We work with founders, operators, and infrastructure teams across India and selectively abroad.
